Angelica Perez Baez – Assistant Executive Director, The Haven Project
Angelica Perez Baez was born in the Dominican Republic and migrated to the United States. She earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice with minors in Psychology and Legal Studies from Salem State University. Angelica began her journey with The Haven Project as a Case Manager, quickly proving herself as a dedicated advocate for homeless and vulnerable young adults. Her background, combined with her bilingual abilities, allows her to connect deeply with the communities she serves and bring an essential perspective to the work. Today, as Assistant Executive Director, she oversees housing initiatives, collaborates with partners, and ensures that young people have the resources and support they need to achieve stability. Angelica’s unwavering dedication continues to drive her mission of empowering youth and transforming lives.
