Caitlyn Patton – Multisystemic Therapy Clinician, NFI, Massachusetts

Caitlyn Patton has been a clinician with the MST program at NFI since 2020, and assists with the training and development of new MST therapists. She also leads trainings for new staff at NFI and works with the training department on curriculum development. Prior to her current role, Caitlyn worked with homeless and at-risk young people at Bridge Over Troubled Waters, and previously as a domestic violence counselor. She is also a committed member of NFI's DEI committee and serves as a mentor in NFI’s employee mentorship program.
