Kai E. Forcey-Rodriguez, MEd., CPS is a dedicated certified peer specialist, neurodiverse educator, direct care provider, consultant, and advocate with superpowers in languages, memory, and music. They are committed to fostering inclusive learning in community health service agency environments and promoting neurodiverse mental health awareness. Kai holds a M.Ed. in Developmental Psychology and Education specializing in Autism Well-Being Practices from the University of Toronto-OISE in Canada. They are an emerging leader in the community health field, having facilitated numerous workshops and lectures and produced published works on autism, mental health, and diversity topics. They have provided consulting services to organizations, initiatives, and businesses promoting accessibility and inclusion. In 2020 and 2021, they received the City Year: Excellence in Service and APHD's Student Recognition: Star Award in honor of their dedication to serve. Kai also brings 14 years of community organizing experience to their work as an intensive care coordinator at JRI in Lawrence, MA.
