Kathy Simon, LICSW
Kathy is a licensed independent clinical social worker with more than 18 years of experience in the mental health field. Her areas of expertise include comprehensive clinical assessments, the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, and the development of healthy relationships and communication. Her modalities of treatment include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy skills, and motivational interviewing. She takes a holistic approach to treatment in order to highlight the interconnectedness of identities and all aspects of a person’s life. Kathy has worked in a variety of settings that include inpatient mental health, outpatient, residential, jail and court, and now works at a high school in New Hampshire.
