Dr. Liz Sweigart is a social psychologist and human-computer interaction researcher focused on digital trust, trauma-informed design, and how young people navigate risk, resilience, and identity across online ecosystems. She also serves as COO and Head of Trust & Safety for diVine, a decentralized short-video platform built on the Nostr protocol, where she leads work on safety-by-design, content integrity, and protective infrastructure for young and vulnerable users. Across her academic, nonprofit, and technology roles, Dr. Sweigart specializes in translating complex technical systems into practical, developmentally informed strategies that help youth and their adult ecosystem stay safe, empowered, and connected online.
