Nohemy Johnson–Youth Empowerment Services Coordinator, Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center

Nohemy Johnson coordinates the Youth Empowerment Services at the Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center, bringing prevention education into schools and community spaces. She facilitates healthy relationships education, bystander intervention and after-school programming through Girls Inc. She earned her Master's degree in Development and International Relations from Aalborg University, specializing in Global Gender Studies. Nohemy is driven by trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach that empowers youth to build confidence, set boundaries and advocate for themselves and others.
