Rebekah Gibbons, LICSW – Associate Professor of Practice, Simmons University
Rebekah Gibbons currently has a private practice focusing on individuals ages 14 and up with a focus on complex trauma, adolescent development and mental health, and attachment. She is certified in EMDR and trained in ARC, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, IFS, and others. She provides annual clinical presentations to City Year Boston and serves as a clinical presenter for Families for Depression Awareness in Waltham, MA. She also works as an Associate Professor of Practice for the MSW program at Simmons University in Boston where she co-leads the trauma certificate and teaches the following: SW418 Crisis Intervention in Children and Adolescents, SW582 Attachment and Neurobiology, and SW528B Lifespan of Trauma Treatment.
