Scott Hulgan– Staff Attorney, Committee for Public Counsel Services, Youth Advocacy Division, Salem YAD Office

Scott joined YAD as a staff attorney in March 2011. He graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2003 and attended the University of Richmond School of Law and graduated with his J.D. in January of 2006. He worked for the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission (VAIDC) for nearly five years, where he represented adults and juveniles at the trial and appellate levels. Scott is a member of the Rhode Island, Virginia and Massachusetts Bars.
